Dallas County to Use Johnson & Johnson Vaccine to Reach Vulnerable Populations, Jenkins Says

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins said the county has already identified ways it can reach those currently experiencing homelessness and will be working with the medical unit inside the Dallas County jail to vaccinate inmates.
