Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated is one of the premier historically Black sororities in the world. More than 300,000 women belong to the organization which focuses on public service. Its national president, Elsie Cooke-Holmes, who lives in North Texas, sat down with NBC 5’s Brittney Johnson to discuss her top priorities for the sorority and her advice for young women.
