Dallas Council Denies Tax Breaks for Kroger Supermarket
The Dallas City Council delayed Kroger’s request for an almost $4 million tax break to build the supermarket near downtown. The proposed location is a mile south of the Kroger store that it opened nine years ago, across from CityPlace Target. Dallas Morning News reporter Maria Halkias has a closer look.
