Rental Car Worker Refuses Cancer Patient's ID

Battling breast cancer since March has taken an emotional toll on Leah Cook, especially after rounds of radiation caused her to lose her hair. When she tried to rent a car from a rental car company, a worker didn’t accept her ID because she didn’t look like her license photo.
