Wild Police Chase Ends in Rooftop Standoff

A California man who led police on a dangerous high speed chase found himself in a rooftop standoff late Thursday. Early reports suggested the man was wanted in a kidnapping investigation. As of early Friday morning, the man remained on the roof of a Sylmar, California home negotiating with police.
