Wild Motorcycle Chase Ends With Takedown

Police tackled a motorcyclist after a high-speed pursuit on southern California freeways Wednesday night. San Bernardino police began pursuing a motorcycle carrying a man and a woman as the rider exceeded speeds of 100 miles per hour. The rider, believed to be armed, slowed the motorcycle down and pushed the woman off. The rider began speeding on surface streets before hopping on the freeway. The motorcyclist eventually ditched the bike and began running with officers in tow. The rider hopped a fence before the takedown by police.
