Tracking System Approved to Help With Wandering Relatives

A mother in Andrews County, Texas, proposed to bring in a tracking system for people who wander off and the Andrews Commissioners Court approved it. The woman was motivated by her two children with autism to push for the safety measure that may help other families in the area.
