Texts Between Police and Patriot Prayer Leader Investigated

The mayor of Portland, Oregon has ordered and investigation into texts between a police lieutenant and the leader of the right wing group Patriot Prayer as the group was involved in violent clashes with anti-fascist counterprotesters.
