Sheriffs Deputy Rescues Dog

A California sheriff’s deputy saved a bloodhound after it got its paw stuck under a car tire. The dog was loose on the highway, but was struck by a car after the deputy tried to coax him out of the road. The deputy was able to jack the car up and freed the dog. The dog’s paw is expected to be OK and he was returned to his owner.
