San Antonio Firefighters Rescue Flood-Trapped Driver

Frightening moments for a person stranded on the roof of an SUV in Texas. The vehicle became trapped in fast rushing water along a low-lying area of a San Antonio highway. Firefighters had to tie an extra step ladder to the fully extended truck ladder in order to reach the driver. Rescuers say the man was embarrassed but otherwise ok.
