Rescuers Save Stranded Motorists Caught in Flood Waters

Two people were stranded when their vehicle became completely submerged in water near the Jacinto River Bridge. They patiently awaited help as water rose all around them. Rescuers finally reached the truck in a raft boat and pulled them to safety.
