Police: Alleged Rapist Targeted Victims on Craigslist

McKinney police and U.S. Marshalls arrested 40-year-old Roger Stulce Jr. for felony sexual assault Thursday, police say he lured women to his apartment with ads on Craiglist and there my be more victims.
