Police Chase Man on Dirt Bike

This was not your ordinary Los Angeles chase scene. Instead of a high speed car chase, authorities chased a man on a dirt bike. Later, he ditched the bike and fled on foot through a residential neighborhood until he finally converged with police amid a photo shoot.
