Parking Lot Rage Caught on Cam

Security camera video shows a woman back out of her parking spot and narrowly miss a family and young child. As she continues in reverse, she strikes two people and speeds away. According to authorities, the woman had become visibly agitated after trying to return batteries to the Union City, California Walmart and was denied.
