Pageant for Loveliest Goat

A Lithuanian village hosted a pageant on Sunday to find the loveliest goat among its livestock. Crowds gathered in Ramygala, home to just over 1,500 residents, as a parade of proud goat owners put their animals on display. Six goats, both male and female, made their way across a red carpet in front of a panel of judges. The winner of the competition – a white goat with black spots – wore two roses on her head. Winners were awarded with cakes, jars of honey, books and coupons for a haircut.
