Misty Copeland Surprises Texas Teen

Video shows a Texas teen get an unexpected surprise from her role model. Chelsea Laury of Longview, Texas had been dealing with depression since her sister’s death a couple of years ago. She turned to dance to help her through the difficult times and has found inspiration from professional ballerina Misty Copeland. Chelsea’s mother reached out to Copeland and she sent a handwritten note of encouragement on a photograph. Chelsea was overwhelmed with emotion the moment she opened her special delivery.
