Man Tries to Flee Cops in River, Gets Tired

Officer’s body camera video shows a man trying to escape police after a vehicle chase. He gets tired of swimming in the Oklahoma River, floats on his back and finally swims back to shore with some coaxing from an officer. The man and his passenger were arrested for trafficking drugs.
