Man Rescued from Garbage Truck

Philadelphia firefighters dug through trash and debris trying to rescue a man stuck in a garbage truck. It happened outside a halfway house this morning. Firefighters removed trash for two hours before locating the man in the compacter section of the truck. Police say the 33-year-old man has critical injuries. Originally, authorities thought the person in the truck had escaped from the halfway house, but roll-call revealed no escapees.
