Deputy Smashes Into Smart Car

A newly released video shows the dangers of high speed police chases. The video is at the heart of a criminal trial in Palm Beach, Florida. The video from a sheriff’s deputy’s dash cam shows him in pursuit at 104 miles per hour just before smashing into the back of a smart car driven by an innocent commuter. The driver of the smart car suffered a traumatic brain injury. The deputy faces criminal charges.
