Coast Guard Makes Rescues Through Roof

Video shows a U.S. Coast Guard member hacking away at a roof with an ax in order to rescue a mother and her four children from floodwaters in her home. Rescuers decided to make the rooftop rescue after the woman explained to them that there was four feet of water in the home and that she and her children were feeling electrical shocks.
