Employees Catching Z's at Work

Many of China’s tech startups have started providing their employees with beds, making it possible to put in 14 to 16 hours of work a day and avoid a long, daily commute. Some employees, like these at Doumiyoupin Technology development Company in Beijing, don’t make it home Monday through Friday. They stay overnight in a conference room that is now decked out with bunk beds, saving time from the office to their homes.
