Bike Kite Makes Debut

A renowned kite designer in Taiwan debuted his newest creation over the weekend. He took his latest design, a “bike kite,” for a spin at the opening of a local festival on Saturday. The material of the “bike kite” makes it lighter than ordinary kites, with panels of polyester used to catch the wind and carbon beams to provide structure.
