UT Southwestern researchers focus on colon caner in the Hispanic population

Could clues about who’s more at risk for colon cancer be found in the gut? UT Southwestern looked at the gut microbiome of colo rectal cancer patients and found that hispanics have a bacteria that, in some studies, has been shown to promote cancer.
