Hundreds of thousands of customer out of power after DFW storm

As of Tuesday night, over 400,000 ONCOR customers are without power, down from a peak of over 600,000. NBC 5’s Meredith Yeomans reported from an East Plano neighborhood where residents were waiting for the lights to come back on.
