Woman Shot While Walking Her Dogs in Fort Worth, Police Say

A shooter opened fire Monday morning on a woman who was walking her dogs at a Fort Worth apartment complex, police say.The woman's child called 911 shortly before 4:30 a.m., and told dispatchers that she had been attacked at the Sunset Pointe apartments off Chilsholm Trail Parkway and Sycamore School Road.The victim, who has not been publicly identified, was taken to a hospital in critical condition, according to MedStar.Police have not made any arrests in the case, and did not release any suspect description.No other injuries were reported.  Continue reading...
