Richardson ISD Settles Voting Rights Lawsuit, Will Change How Board Members Are Elected

The Richardson school board has reached a settlement in a Voting Rights Act lawsuit that challenged how trustees are elected.The board is currently made up of seven at-large members, voted on by the whole district.
