Mortgage Firm Ramps Up Farmers Branch Headquarters Space

A mortgage company is dramatically expanding its corporate offices in Farmers Branch.Pacific Union Financial has rented an additional 44,000 square feet of additional workspace in the Browning Place office complex on LBJ Freeway.Pacific Union already had more than 88,000 square feet of offices in the complex located at Luna Road."This remodeled and expanded space will allow us to provide an excellent work environment for our employees," Scott Siek, Pacific Union Financial Vice President said in a statement.The mortgage firm will now occupy more than 132,000 square feet in the two Browning Place buildings."Since coming to Dallas in 2012, Pacific Union Financial has grown and strengthened their presence across the US as an industry leader," Steve Thelen with commercial real estate firm JLL said.Thelen negotiated the new office lease along with JLL's Conor McCarthy and Transwestern's Duane Henley.  Continue reading...
