Man With Special Needs Goes Missing in Mesquite Without Phone, Money Or Meds

Mesquite police are searching for a man with special needs who is without his medication.Billy Tillison has been missing since Thursday afternoon from a home in the 2500 block of Comfort Drive. Officials said Tillison has the mental capacity of an 11- or 12-year-old child.Tillison was last seen wearing blue jeans, a denim jacket with brown sleeves and a cowboy hat, police said. He is about 5-foot-7 and 170 pounds and was last seen carrying a brown suitcase.Tillison does not have his cellphone, police said, and is not believed to have any money.
