A Fort Worth man who replied to an online ad of a 13-year-old girl who was actually an undercover officer was sentenced to 10 years in federal prison after pleading guilty to enticing a minor.Scott Brandon Tosch, 49, was sentenced Tuesday morning, U.S. Attorney John R. Parker said. Tosch pleaded guilty in December to one count of enticement of a minor.Tosch responded to a Craigslist ad posted in August by an undercover officer titled “hey bored lookin for somethin to do while still summertime... school coming up soon... hmu,” prosecutors said.
