It May Seem Counterintuitive, But Rejecting Scott Pruitt for EPA Chief Is the Smart Move for Oil-rich Texas

Scott Pruitt is a poor choice for chief of the Environmental Protection Agency, and the Senate — and especially its two Texas senators — should vote against his nomination when it reaches the chamber later this week or next. Texas stands at the brink of a tremendous opportunity.
