Irving Police Looking for 29-year-old Carjacker Who Threatened to Shoot Driver in Search for Money

Irving police are looking for a 29-year-old man in a kidnapping and robbery that occurred Monday.An arrest warrant has been issued for Albert Lee Sell of Cisco, who also has outstanding warrants in Brown County for evading arrest and in Eastland County for aggravated assault.According to police, the suspect climbed into the back seat of a woman's car in the 1000 block of Hidden Ridge and forced her to drive him around the Dallas area looking for money.The suspect threatened to shoot her if she didn't help, police said.After about an hour, the victim was told to drive back to Irving and stopped at a bank in the 4000 block of North MacArthur Boulevard, police said.The victim then got out of the car and escaped, but the suspect drove off with her credit cards.Anyone with information about Sell's location should contact the Irving Police Department at 972-273-1010 or call 911.
