Hispanic Group Presses for Changes in Wake of Deadly Shooting Involving Rockwall Police

ROCKWALL — Local Hispanic leaders have called on the Rockwall Police Department to review its policy on the use of deadly force after the Sept. 21 shooting death of Jose Felix Reyes Jr.Reyes, 38, of Rockwall, was shot fatally by police who were responding to a domestic violence call at an apartment complex in the 300 block of Lake Meadows Drive.
