Feds Release Disabled 10-year-old to Be Reunited With Her Parents

This story is developing.WASHINGTON -- Rosa Maria Hernandez, an undocumented ten year old with cerebral palsy, has been approved for release after being detained at a federal shelter for 10 days."We have confirmation from her immigration attorney that she is currently on her way to be reunified with her parents,"Andre Segura, legal director at the American Civil Liberties Union of Texas, told The Dallas Morning News.
