Fast-food Bandits Hit Mesquite in Latest Robbery at Whataburger, Jack in the Box Stores

Mesquite police say a pair of gunmen struck a Whataburger this week, the latest in a series of early-morning robberies at North Texas fast-food restaurants.The pair walked into the Whataburger in the 2900 block of North Galloway Avenue, near Town East Boulevard, just before 4 a.m. Tuesday.Surveillance footage shows one robber holding customers at gunpoint while the other forces an employee into an office and steals cash.  Continue reading...
