Dallas Cowboys' New Coworking Center in Frisco Is Already a Success, Even Before It Opens

The Dallas Cowboys are ready to kick off their new shared office business.The football team's new Formation coworking center opens Thursday at the Cowboys' Star development in Frisco.The 18,000-square-foot office space will have a large reception area with lounges, an open workspace area called the library, almost two dozen private offices and a section with dedicated desks.There are conference rooms, a kitchen area for tenants and a section of "phone booths" for private calls.The Cowboys' coworking project is already a success. The private offices are mostly spoken for and there are just a limited number of memberships available for the open workspaces and dedicated desks, according to Cowboys officials.Membership packages at Formation begin at $525 a month for an open desk space."We are looking forward to continuing to build a community of passionate business professionals -- everyone from entrepreneurs to executives -- who are excited to build symbiotic relationships with one another, gather inspiration and guidance from the Cowboys organization and who will pursue the same drive for excellence we expect from both our athletes and employees," Cowboys executive vice president Jerry Jones Jr. said in a statement.  Continue reading...
