Figherfighters pulled two construction workers out of a storm drain in Oak Cliff Tuesday morning. The workers were swept into a drain just before 11 a.m. in the 200 block of West Eighth St. near the Bishop Arts District, reports WFAA-TV (Channel 8).First responders were able to rescue the workers and pull them to safety, said Dallas Fire-Rescue Department spokesman Jason Evans.
