Car Fished From Pond in North Richland Hills Linked to Man in Jail

North Richland Hills fire personnel were called Wednesday to recover a car from the bottom of a pond, later connecting it to someone who was already in jail. The black sedan was found abandoned, with only its popped trunk poking out of the water. After checking to make sure no one was inside, the car was dragged from the lake near Ice House Drive and Bridge Street by a tow truck, emerging from the water like a surfacing submarine.Video of the recovery was documented by North Richland Hills police in a series of tweets.  Continue reading...
