As Clean-up Deadline Nears, Dallas Is Battling the Navy Over Old Hensley Field

Here's a little secret: The city of Dallas is at war with the U.S. Navy.OK, yes, that's probably overstating it. The only shots fired have come from assistant city attorneys and the director of the Department of the Navy's Base Realignment and Closure Program, and, so far, they've been contained to missives and memoranda.
