65-year-old Woman Shot to Death While Sleeping in SUV in East Oak Cliff

A woman who was sleeping in an SUV was found shot to death Thursday morning in east Oak Cliff, Dallas police say.The 65-year-old woman's body was found around 12:15 a.m. in the 1300 block of Grinnell Street, police said.Family members told police they heard a loud noise outside and found the woman, whose name has not been released, with a gunshot wound to the chest.The vehicle was shot through the driver's side and two shell casings were found in the street, police said.A dog that was in the SUV was not harmed, police said.  Continue reading...
