Some DFW Cities Check Splash Pad Water Less Often Than CDC Recommends: NBC 5 Investigates

The CDC recommends testing splash pad water throughout the day to prevent serious illness. But NBC5 Investigates has learned at least six DFW area cities test only once a day – the minimum standard set by the state. Some experts believe state rules must be revised to protect kids.
