Lauren Harper is beginning her journey with NBC 5 as a Digital News Intern. She fell in love with all things journalism and broadcasting as a child, and dreams of becoming a reporter serving as a trustworthy news source for her community.
She was honored to be a recipient of NBC's 2024 HSS scholarship.
When she's not working or attending school, Lauren enjoys reading, horseback riding, and hiking.
