Plano Officials Team-Up to Open Warming Shelters

Many people across North Texas are suffering in this extreme cold. Thousands of people have no power, and so the city of Plano is working with local partners to make sure everyone has somewhere to stay warm. NBC 5’s Jack Highberger reports.
