Victims Confront Serial Rapist and Confessed Killer Reginald Kimbro

It was an emotional day as the families of women murdered by Reginald Kimbro confronted him in court Tuesday. One victim’s mother also expressed grief at law enforcement’s inability to stop a predator who also pleaded guilty to the violent sexual assaults of four other women.
