At least 4 dead after storms in Houston

Most traffic lights are down and they need time to fix the problem and clear the damage. This storm came through a little after 8 p.m. and information is still trickling in. But we know this storm was powerful. Leaving flooded streets, busted-out windows, and plenty of toppled infrastructure.
