Neighbors react to coyote attacks at Arlington park

Residents living near a popular park in Arlington are urging authorities to take action and be accountable after two children were attacked by a wild coyote in separate incidents. NBC 5’s Tahera Rahman interviewed an eyewitness who saw what happened.
