Dallas Police Implement New Restrictions on Use of Non-Lethal Weapons

The Dallas Police Department put new restrictions on how officers use tear gas and rubber bullets on peaceful protesters. NBC 5’s Ken Kalthoff report comes after demonstrations in May and June, which are the topic of an internal police report NBC 5 obtained for the first time on July 22.
