The digital divide is an economic or social inequality when it comes to access and use of technology. In Dallas – it’s estimated that 46% of low-income households don’t own a computer which shows just how great that digital divide is. NBC 5’s Vince Sims talks with Dallas Innovation Alliance about the work being done to close that gap in today’s Community Conversations: A Call for Change.
