Community Conversations: Paul Quinn College & Chipotle Team Up to Solve Student Loan Debt

Dallas’ Paul Quinn College has joined with Chipotle Mexican Grill’s debt-free program which means Chipotle employees who attend Paul Quinn College can pursue their careers and their degrees with no out-of-pocket costs. NBC 5’s Kristi Nelson spoke with Chipotle’s Chief Diversity, Inclusion and People Officer Marissa Andrade as well as the president of Paul Quinn College, Michael Sorrell. They say efforts like this are helping with the problem of student loan debt and resulting wealth disparities in communities of color.
