Community Conversation: ‘For Oak Cliff' Acquires Historic Landmark

There’s a group in Oak Cliff dedicated to helping the community thrive. It’s called “For Oak Cliff” — and it recently acquired the old ‘Moorland YMCA’ on Ledbetter Road. The historic landmark was once a haven for well-known names during the Jim Crow Era Civil Rights Movement. NBC 5’s Candace Sweat has that story in today’s community conversation.
