Half of Dallas ISD Students Return to In-Person Learning

In-person learning resumed Monday for some Dallas Independent School District students. According to a district survey, a little over half of Dallas ISD families opted to send their kids back. NBC 5’s Jack Highberger takes a look at the choices some in the district made.
